This role involves maintaining employee appearance records, training employees on appearance requirements, and recommending changes to uniforms and decorations. - Maintain Employee Appearance Records: - Ensure that all employee appearance records are up-to-date and accurate. - Develop and implement procedures for maintaining employee appearance records. - - Train Employees on Appearance Requirements: - Provide ongoing training and support to ensure employees understand and meet appearance standards. - Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of professionalism and excellence in appearance. - - Recommend Changes to Uniforms and Decorations: - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in uniform and decoration design. - Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend new designs and styles. - - Review New Employee Images: - Conduct thorough reviews of each new employee's image before their first studio performances. - Evaluate the overall appearance of each new hire and provide feedback and guidance as needed. - - Create Guides and Procedures: - Develop comprehensive guides and procedures for maintaining employee appearance standards. - Communicate these guidelines to all employees and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities. - - Coordinate Visual Tests: - Oversee the coordination of visual tests for various types of uniforms, decorations, hairstyles, and makeup. - Collaborate with designers and stylists to select the most suitable options for each test. - - Facilitate Communication: - Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication regarding appearance-related matters. - Ensure that all relevant information is disseminated effectively throughout the organization.
