Job summary We're a fast-growing US-based real estate investment company buying and selling properties in Florida, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. You'll be working directly with Luis Peguero, our CEO — a seven-figure entrepreneur who has built high-performance sales teams from the ground up. This is B2C sales — you'll be speaking directly with homeowners, often in distressed situations (foreclosure, divorce, relocation, financial hardship). You'll need to be great with people, build rapport fast, connect on an emotional level, and negotiate aggressively but with empathy. We do the underwriting, provide the leads, give you appointment setters to fill your calendar, and handle the admin work — you just show up, talk to people, and close deals.
