We believe that the recruiting process needs to be talent-first to make it easy to get in touch with those companies, be coached in the journey and actually get hired. Tasks We are looking for a very strong candidate to work with us and help exceptional candidates find strong jobs. We are looking to build a company with a strong talent bar. The role includes: Communication with top talent through email, phone & video calls Understanding talent requirements and finding the perfect-matching jobs in our network Pitching candidates to companies and generally communication to companies We focus on software engineers and GTM talent in the US. You will be part of our early-stage team, work directly with the founders and see how we build out our AI start-up. We are looking for someone who can work with us in-office in El Poblado initially. Later you will work remote.
