UnifyCX is growing and we are looking for anexperienced Senior Operations Manager to join our motivated andambitious team in Barranquilla. What Will You Do? As The SeniorOperations Manager you will provide an inspired sense of leadershipby overseeing the day-to-day and strategic operations of multipleaccounts, consisting of teams of contact center agents, teamleaders, and operations managers. This role will contribute to thegrowth of UnifyCX by partnering with and supporting the efforts ofthe departments in the organization and client success managers byhelping to drive overall performance and results. Who You Are To beconsidered, candidates are expected to have the following: 1. 5+years of proven operations manager experience 2. Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills 3. Excellent leadership and managementabilities 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office package 7. Experience in Six Sigmamethodology preferred 8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fast-paced environment 9. Ability to acquire andmaintain an in-depth knowledge of company operations, systems,contract guidelines, and other required policies and procedures 10.
