Ready to be a Titan? ServiceTitan is looking for an extraordinary Senior Product Intelligence Analyst to develop insightful and in-depth reporting and elevate our understanding of our customers and products. You will be the company's go-to resource for analysis on our new FMA mobile application, including identifying fraudulent uses of the platform. Our mobile application handles millions of transactions and is crucial to our customers' success. We're excited about what we'll build together. What You'll Do: Work directly with business users to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide insights using platforms like Tableau. Define metrics with stakeholders and monitor impacts of product releases and changes. Create reports and visualizations to reveal trends and actionable insights. Inform teams about user activity and establish metrics to identify pain points. Build relationships within product and support teams to understand business needs. Ensure proper instrumentation and metrics are in place for fundamental business questions. Engage proactively with stakeholders to improve analytics infrastructure and support business decisions. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative field. 5+ years as a business analyst, including at least 1 year working with large-scale mobile/clickstream data. Experience building insightful Tableau dashboards. Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred). Deep analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to initiate new projects creatively and collaborate effectively with business teams. Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-growing environment. Excellent communication skills for engaging with VP+ leaders. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience creating FullStory dashboards. Proficiency in Python (pandas, etc.).
