About the Job You will lead project portfolios, promote accredited project management methodologies, and engage with clients, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts to achieve project objectives. Main Tasks and Responsibilities - Prioritize tasks, manage project portfolios, and ensure timely delivery - Promote accredited project management methodologies and lead client engagements - Maintain plan alignment with agreed timescales, budgets, and quality criteria - Develop strong relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders - Assess client agendas, culture, and readiness for change Key Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will require: Basic qualifications - Undergraduate degree with experience in project management and change management methodologies - 6+ years of Project Management experience - Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies - Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects and/or engagements with third parties - Capability to manage projects spanning multiple teams and integrations - Significant experience executing enterprise-wide implementations, particularly within IT environments - In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and their application - Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership - Logical, structured thinking - Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced environment Preferred qualifications - Experience leading development and implementation of solutions and measuring impact on clients' business - Have completed or interested in pursuing recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) - Knowledge of Project Management tools Information Security It is expected that every person working for Mastercard is responsible for information security and must abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices.
