The Project Manager will oversee planning and execution of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while managing risks and issues. Main Responsibilities and Deliverables: Manage entire project lifecycle: scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and stakeholder management. Lead project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Utilize NICE project management methodologies, defining tasks, preparing plans, monitoring progress, managing scope, and motivating the team. Serve as the primary contact for projects, representing NICE and engaging with clients and internal teams to develop roadmaps and maximize ROI. Proactively manage issues, communicate status, and escalate as needed. Report project status to stakeholders and manage related revenue and forecasts. Evaluate delivery quality, provide feedback, and contribute to methodology improvements. Participate in the PM community for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have: At least 5 years of proven experience leading teams and managing people in a matrix environment, with international client experience. Experience as a project manager in consulting or software organizations delivering solutions to external clients. Experience managing the full SDLC, including discovery, design, and development of custom solutions. Ability to handle complex, dynamic, and multiple projects for external customers. Experience managing IT and software delivery projects. Strong customer relationship skills and ability to bridge business and technical issues. Willingness to work in a dynamic, global team environment. Strong business acumen, revenue, and budget management skills. PMP certification is desirable.
