Job Description Senior CRM Manager Position Main Responsibilities: - Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention. - Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Create and launch promotional campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Requirements: - Experience with CRM/CDP systems, HTML, Google Sheets/Excel, Jira/Confluence, and BI systems. - Understanding of key CRM metrics and data analysis techniques. - Proficiency in English (B2 or higher). - SQL experience is a plus.
