We’re currently looking for bilingual back-office legal support assistants to provide services to legal firms in the United States. We recruit smart, responsible, and hard-working individuals with exceptional English and solid tech skills. Education and Professional Background Any degree in any administrative field, with sales background or familiarity. Preferred (but not required): Degrees in business administration, commercial, translation, or interpretation. Mandatory : Spoken and written English proficiency at level B2 or C1. (Spanish-only speakers will participate in a different position) Native English speakers are also welcome. Minimum proficiency: 85% verified fluency. English tests will be perform during the process. Work Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative assistance, customer service or virtual assistance or appointment setter roles using English. Previous work in U.S.-based call centers or companies abroad is a plus , but not required. Technical Skills Required Strong spoken and written English (min. 85%). Willing to rebate sales. It's not a sales position, but you must be willing to learn sales techniques. Excellent memory and note-taking ability. Cultural competence (especially U.S. context). Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Familiarity with word processing and data management tools. A team player who enjoys helping others. Job Responsibilities: Interpret English to Spanish communications between clients and staff as required. This includes events, internal client meetings, third-party meetings, phone calls, video conferences, and day-to-day interactions. Identify and qualify incoming leads. Maintain constant interaction and workflow with clients and remote teams. Manage workflows, procedures, processes, and internal protocols in legal service operations. Translate documents while respecting English language stylistic, grammatical, and spelling standards. Draft, process, and follow up on PQRS (Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions) via email, phone requests, and organizational communication channels. Schedule and coordinate meetings and events. Conduct online research and collect data using legal support software. Prepare productivity reports and analyses as requested by your work unit. Perform other administrative tasks and support projects as needed. Carry out the appointment scheduling process, confirm details, and ensure client commitment. Manage different social channels for proper communication. Maintain constant and effective communication with leads. Follow-up and schedule appointments for the intakes team. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation. Timely handling of campaigns sent by Just Call. Generate reports and performance analysis. Manage live chat on the website. What We Offer Salary: $2'300,000 COP for Billinguals / Minimum Salary for Spanish-only speakers. Fixed-office schedule: Monday to Friday - 2 Saturdays every month.
