Job Description We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead outbound sales and business development efforts. This role is responsible for filling the sales pipeline with qualified leads, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing BDR team. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate high-quality leads and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects in the home service industry. 2. Outbound Sales Strategy: Execute targeted outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. 3. Prospect Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, effectively positioning the company's services. 4. Sales Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage a team of BDRs to optimize performance and achieve targets. 5. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads. 6. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. 7. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, and sales meetings scheduled. Required Skills and Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (home services industry preferred). • 3+ years of experience training and managing sales or BDR teams. • Proven ability to scale lead generation and increase sales through outbound strategies. • Familiarity with sales tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar. • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
