Our client, a leading global player in the Food Manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sourcing Director to spearhead the strategic sourcing efforts across key categories including Packaging, CAPEX, Energy, and Indirects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the sourcing activities for packaging, CAPEX, energy, and indirect/general expenses. 2. Oversee and improve supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract management, particularly for high-value spend. 3. Communicate procurement strategies, risks, and performance updates to senior leadership and private equity stakeholders.
