About the Role The Manager will collaborate closely with internal Analytics, Planning, and Investment teams to develop cross-media measurement strategies and support senior leadership. You should have a strong understanding of media analytics and research tools, including data quality and compilation, and familiarity with modeling and technology offerings to identify project opportunities and interpret results. The Manager will oversee daily operations within the Beauty & Wellbeing business unit for a large CPG company. They will have one direct report and work alongside another Manager. Your Impact Ensure data quality and compilation across the portfolio for modeling solutions and daily reporting. Support insights and action plans for optimization on a weekly/monthly basis, focusing on KPIs such as purchase intent, ROI, and site analytics. Proficient with primary buying and ad-serving tools (e.g., Prisma, Flashtalking [Innovid]). Design and manage research projects with clients (e.g., Kantar, Cint, Upwave, 1P AV studies). Evaluate vendors, technologies, and new advertising opportunities with subject matter experts (cross-screen measurement, audio measurement, incrementality testing). Maintain knowledge of proprietary Choreograph tools and systems, focusing on data governance, reporting, and modeling. Support data science requests and strategic client vision alongside the modeling team. Manage relationships with mid-level clients. Assist in developing and maintaining learning agendas and measurement frameworks. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, or Sciences preferred; 1-3 years of experience as a data analyst/business intelligence professional. Experience in the CPG space, especially within Beauty, is preferred but not required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to foster collaborative relationships across teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Experience with tools/platforms such as: Data Visualization: DOMO, PowerBI, Tableau. Web Analytics: Google Analytics. Ad Servers & DSPs: Flashtalking [Innovid], GCM, Trade Desk, Amazon DSP. Research & Lift Studies: Kantar, Cint, Upwave, Circana, 1P lift studies. Familiarity with SQL; R and Python are a plus. This position can be remote or hybrid and must be performed within Colombian territory.
