What You’ll Do - Serve as the frontline connection between patients, doctors, and staff, ensuring smooth communication and care coordination. - Manage high-volume phone calls, scheduling, and patient inquiries with professionalism and warmth. - Prepare and update charts, medical records, and EHR files with flawless accuracy. - Handle faxing, uploading, emailing, and distribution of critical medical documents in a timely manner. - Arrange and send orders for imaging, labs, and procedures, and retrieve outside reports and records as needed. - Support physicians and patients with efficient follow-up, scheduling, and care coordination. - Keep the practice running efficiently by staying organized, punctual, and proactive. What We’re Looking For - Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing is a must). - A proven track record in patient care coordination, medical administration, or healthcare-related roles. - Strong medical knowledge — orthopedic spine and extremity experience is a major plus. - Unmatched attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment. - Positive, outgoing, and professional personality with strong social perceptiveness and patient orientation. - Tech-savvy: Proficiency with Mac, MS Office, EHR systems, and medical office management software.
