As a **Logistics Sales Representative,** you will call leads, generate new businesses, and negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads that were tendered over by a customer. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Offer the services of the company (moving loads) to generate revenue by selling logistics services to potential clients. - Post loads on different platforms to offer loads in the market for possible options. - Contact carriers to provide them with information regarding a load and negotiate rates to haul it. - Qualify carriers through different platforms. - Tender loads to qualified carriers and follow up with carriers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery, and get updates about their load status. - Help source carrier lanes with open orders, look for the best rates for the available loads, and negotiate contracts that are close to expiration. **Minimum requirements** **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Teamwork. - Goal orientation. - Spontaneous. - Proactive. - Negotiation Skills. **Minimum requirements**: - **Studies**:High School Degree is **required**.
