The primary responsibility of this Sr Sales Tracing/Chargeback Analyst role is to support initialagreement setup for tracing and chargeback agreements for the USmarket in the source system of Vistex or SAP. Further, once set up,this position will be responsible for processing tracing reportsand claims from distributors and hospital warehouse systemsaccording to the established system requirements for uploading intothe Vistex system. This position works directly with distributorsand/or commercial leaders as needed to address any questions on theinformation that they provide as well as tracing and claim issues. The position is responsible for reviewing the accuracy of customerinformation and making updates to existing information as needed aswell as setting up distributor to Medtronic customer crossreferences. This work is performed periodically (weekly, monthly)as new data is received from distributors and completed within themonthly schedule that is set forth each month. A large focus isplaced on providing great service to our business partners andcustomers. The secondary responsibility is to contribute and/orrepresent the department through completion of specific projects asdefined in yearly objectives. This will be a hybrid role in Bogotá. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may beassigned: 1. Solid understanding of contract pricing and businessrules for customer pricing and contract eligibility 2. Working inthe Vistex and/or SAP system to understand and resolve tracing orclaim in a timely and efficient manner each month 3. Analyze rootcause for reoccurring contract discrepancies and work withdistributors to get contract eligibility in sync 4. Responsible forreviewing distributor resubmissions to research and confirm if thedistributor claim is valid/correct 5. Participate in conferencecalls with distributors or stakeholders to discuss and work throughhigh dollar issues 6. Assist with sales inquiries that may resultin corrections for unit of measure, customer cross reference, anddifferent contract eligibility issues 7. Participate in ContinuousImprovement efforts, standard monthly meetings to review metrics,and other special events as needed 8. Work on special projects asrequired Required Knowledge and Experience: 1. Three or more yearsof a customer-facing, financial, sales support, record to report,accounting, or analytic roles 2. Experience working with data andanalysis tools such as Excel 3. Strong logic and analysis skills 4. Ability to interpret contracting language 5. Knowledge using Microsoft Office suite 6.
