As part of our delivery team, you’ll help drive real results for these fractional leaders and their clients, bringing structure, insight, and execution support to every engagement. Description : We’re hiring a Fractional Design Strategist (1099 Contractor) to help us deliver a high-touch experience to the brand and business leaders we serve. You’ll play a key role in managing internal coordination, supporting our strategic delivery process, and ensuring smooth execution across client engagements. What You’ll Own Client Onboarding & Campaign Setup Collect LinkedIn credentials and understand each client’s campaign goals. Set up and configure outbound tools and workflows, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Prosp (or equivalent). Prepare and present Segmentation & Messaging strategy documentation and copy for client review and approval. Client Campaign Execution & Optimization Launch, monitor, and manage outbound messaging sequences using SN, Prosp, or Ulinc. Troubleshoot automation issues, test performance, and ensure smooth campaign execution. Analyze campaign performance regularly and proactively recommend optimizations to improve results. Client & Internal Reporting Hygiene Track outbound campaign performance metrics. Deliver weekly performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Develop and evolve scalable strategies for LinkedIn lead generation. Define and maintain SOPs for account warm-up, messaging limits, and personalization standards. Identify, test, and evaluate automation tools (e.g., Prosp, ULink, Waalaxy). Create a risk mitigation plan for platform limitations (e.g., message caps, account restrictions). Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support Coordinate with the Client Success Manager to align on messaging strategy and ensure a seamless prospect journey. Support the CSM and COO with client capacity planning, including bandwidth thresholds, resource allocation, and hiring recommendations. Escalate client-side concerns or campaign blockers to delivery leadership for resolution. Have prior experience working with consultants, agencies, coaches, and other service based businesses Understand outbound lead generation and/or LinkedIn automation tools Are naturally curious and love finding smarter, faster ways to execute Slack (team communication) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) CRM tools (GoHighLevel or similar) This is a remote role. Candidates in LATAM (Dominican Republic, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil) are strongly encouraged to apply. You must be fluent in English, both written and verbal. You’ll report directly to our COO and CSM and work closely with senior strategists across multiple high-impact engagements.
