This role is responsible for driving growth across Latam, leading key initiatives and developing tools and processes that guide the commercial team toward achieving annual goals. Your Key Responsibilities 1. Identify and resolve high-priority challenges in the day-to-day execution of business strategies. 2. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth for both our business and restaurant partners in a highly competitive environment. 3. Collaborate effectively with various operations teams within our Field Strategy division. 4. Negotiate and establish standardized processes and communication procedures to ensure seamless execution of strategies across teams. 5. Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving and leadership to drive operational excellence. 6. Work closely with international stakeholders to advance projects in a fast-paced environment. 7. Launch initiatives in our internal systems to boost restaurant sales on our platform. What We're Looking For - A project management professional with analytical skills and critical thinking. - Solid business sense and familiarity with finance concepts. - Effective communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Spanish. - Highly motivated, proactive, self-learner, independent, and has a solid sense of ownership and hands-on approach. - Experience in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python) and a willingness to learn others. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial/Mathematics or related fields. - Professional background: 2+ years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Banking or related field. - Technical knowledge: experience in financial modeling, forecasting, data analytics.
