Description As a Life Insurance Telemarketing Agent, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining life insurance policies, and generate interest in obtaining a quote for Life Insurance. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent communication and sales skills to meet and exceed targets. Responsibilities · Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective clients using call lists or the CRM system. · Present and promote agency services while effectively communicating the value of Life Insurance coverage. · Engage prospects with strategic qualifying questions to determine their interest and eligibility. · Seamlessly hand off qualified leads to licensed agents for further assistance. · Re-engage warm leads through timely follow-ups via phone, text, or email. · Accurately document call details and update lead records in the CRM system. · Achieve established goals for daily calls, lead conversions, and overall productivity. · Maintain a professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor when representing the agency.
