Job Title A Director, Financial Planning role is available to lead the financial close process and manage all aspects of management reporting. About This Role This position involves strategic processes and initiatives while managing and executing corporate reporting and planning requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a broad spectrum of activities including analysis of variances against budget, forecasts, prior year actuals, key business drivers, and initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Lead the financial close process through thorough analysis of data and review of management teams. - Drive the development of annual plans/budgets and forecasts for scheduled cycles ensuring accurate data upload into Hyperion budgeting and forecasting tools. - Manage, develop, and create standardized financial reporting packages that support the business, identifying revenue risks and opportunities. - Apply strategic understanding of business dynamics and competitive forces in different markets to formulate mitigating strategies. - Execute financial process improvements by building and maintaining financial tools for analysis and modeling. - Investigate and create opportunities for automation and efficient methods of creation and delivery. Requirements - Educational qualification - Chartered Accountant, CPA, or MBA in Finance. - Experience in financial roles with advanced knowledge of all phases of financial planning and management. - Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and experience with financial systems/applications (e.g., Hyperion and Oracle). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated with a proven track record of success in a team environment. - Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and urgency.
