We are looking for a Construction Estimator with experience in Lighting with proven verifiable experience in takeoffs and great English level to join our team. Advanced Spoken English is Mandatory and we will request a voice note for the screening process Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Read and interpret specialized survey drawings and construction plans. - Manage purchasing orders. - Take-offs and estimating. - Quotations. - Management of formats given by the client. - Advanced Spoken English (Mandatory). - Construction Scheduling. - Good computer to work from. - Detailed-oriented. - Focused Individual. - Our work offer is fully remote, but we try to enable channels that keep us internally connected. - You will work with a medium-sized and quickly growing team, including engineering and administrative departments. - You will participate in daily tasks, team projects, and daily stand-ups. - You will be a part of a team that shares knowledge and helps each other as problems arise. - You will be required to comply with working on Eastern Standard Time (EST), which means that we require availability from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. - Competitive pay in US Dollars. - Paid extra hours. - Time-off flexibility. - Constant team interaction. - Opportunity to grow.
