Key Responsibilities - Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines. - Maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination in work areas. - Prepare all mis-en-place for relevant menus. - Assist other departments and maintain good working relationships. - Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues. - Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, health, safety, and food safety legislation. - Work towards departmental targets as part of the team. - Be environmentally conscious.
