This role combines sales strategy with CRM expertise to identify qualified leads, nurture relationships, and close franchise deals. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, entrepreneurship, and building a thriving franchise community while leveraging CRM systems to optimize every step of the sales and onboarding process. Key Responsibilities:Franchise Recruitment & CRM Management Identify and attract high-potential franchise candidates through targeted outreach, CRM campaigns, referrals, and industry events. Manage and nurture a pipeline of franchise prospects using the company’s CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring timely follow-ups and relationship tracking. Segment and qualify leads based on key criteria such as financial readiness, business background, and alignment with Qargo Coffee’s values. Market Research & Expansion Strategy Conduct thorough market research to identify strategic locations and expansion opportunities. Analyze demographic, economic, and competitor data to support informed decision-making. Generate reports and insights from CRM data to optimize sales strategy and targeting. Assess potential franchisees through interviews, financial reviews, and background checks. Guide candidates through each stage of the application, due diligence, and approval process. Support the drafting and signing of franchise agreements and onboarding documentation. Maintain communication logs and progress tracking within the CRM system. Franchisee Support & Brand Alignment Serve as the primary contact for new franchisees during their onboarding phase, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand expectations. Coordinate with internal teams (legal, operations, training, marketing) to ensure a smooth transition. Ensure that each franchisee receives training, materials, and tools necessary for successful launch and operation. Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales content, promotional materials, and CRM-integrated campaigns. Organize and represent Qargo Coffee at expos, conferences, and networking events to attract franchise prospects. Monitor CRM analytics to assess the success of marketing and sales campaigns and continuously improve lead generation efforts. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a similar role. Proven success in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and closing franchise deals. Proficient in using CRM platforms for lead tracking, segmentation, automation, and reporting. Knowledge of franchise legal frameworks, financial evaluations, and contract management. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2). Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
