The Driver Experience team is crucial for the sustainability and long-term success of the business. Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical skills (familiar with SQL) enabling them to connect strategically quantitative and qualitative insights, solve Business and Experience problems through Product Solutions and have project and stakeholder management experience. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Management and leadership of projects with high impact on user experience and retention. - Connecting User and Business insights to solve strategic problems through Product solutions. Designing and building robust quantitative and qualitative analyses for Product optimization and decision making. Stakeholder management and direct influence to HQ, international and local teams. We're eager to work with someone who has: Engineering, Economics, Actuary or related degree background. - Experience with teamwork, cross-team collaboration and indirect/direct leadership, ideally in tech industry. Knowledge and experience in analytics and programming (Python, SQL, R, etc.). Hands-on experience learning about consumers or users' real journeys. Strong Excel skills are a must, other database experience needed. Comfortable learning and using new software tools. Proven self-motivation, self-direction and eagerness to take ownership of tasks ensuring solutions.
