As a Sr Total Rewards Analyst you will be responsible for the development and operations of our compensation programs to ensure that the organization has competitive pay and recognition practices that align with SNC's strategic goals. You will be driving compensation projects from design through execution, including modeling, project planning, communicating, and training. You will monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and perform audits on pay and bonuses. You will partner with other HR teams in job evaluation and review job descriptions, market pricing of jobs, and internal leveling. You will also analyze market data to assess competitiveness on base and total cash compensation. Sierra Space, based in Louisville, Colorado with operations in Madison, Wisconsin and Durham, North Carolina, designs and manufactures advanced spacecraft, satellites, propulsion and environmental systems, spacecraft subsystems and components for the U.S. government (including NASA), commercial customers and international organizations. Learn more about Sierra Space Must Haves: - A Bachelor's degree in a related field and typically 10 years or more of related work experience. - Higher education may substitute for relevant experience - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education - Extensive background in data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical role in business, program or operations management - Advanced experience Microsoft Excel data analysis including Pivot table, index match, nested if statements Preferred: - Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures Estimated Starting Salary Range: $120,552.10 - $165,759.14 Sierra Space offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
