About the Position The successful candidate will ensure that products are manufactured and distributed in compliance with relevant legislation, supporting the business to establish and implement regulatory strategies within agreed timelines for product launches. Your Responsibilities - Implement regulatory strategies to enable product launches according to business needs. - Provide expert advice on regulations to other functions within the company. - Prepare and submit product registration, renewals, and notifications ensuring product compliance with local regulations throughout the entire product lifecycle for all assigned products/brands/categories. - Maintain regulatory compliance with our Quality Management System in all projects handled. - Ensure product labels comply with local legislation. - Review and approve artworks and advertising materials to guarantee local compliance. - Develop innovative solutions to meet product launch deadlines. - Organize local product files and controls in a comprehensive manner. - Meet project deadlines or escalate issues as necessary. - Monitor regulatory submissions/approvals accurately. - Stay updated on regulatory trends and local legislation, sharing information with relevant functions and developing strategies to address them. - Manage regulator registration requests and find solutions to avoid future requests, reducing registrations. - Create and request transportation sheets before the regulator in Costa Rica, following local regulations and company needs. - Complete internal trainings promptly to address corporate and regulatory requirements. - Handle PSDS requests, creation, and maintenance following local regulations for all products commercialized in the ANDEAN region, ensuring this information is accessible to all functions and activities requiring it. - Support the business with the regulatory process to keep the portfolio up-to-date and aligned with business requirements (IDBs, MB, CC, Risk Assessment, etc.) and local regulation. The Ideal Candidate We seek candidates with a University Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific fields, accompanied by at least 4 years of experience in similar positions.
