We’re on the lookout for a Senior Content Experience Designer to join our team in Colombia (almost remote — but we love to meet up IRL for fun, connection, and creative sparks in Bogotá). If you’re someone who combines strategic thinking, sharp UX writing, and a strong sense of narrative — this might be your next challenge. What you’ll do: Co-design content strategies and experience flows with designers, PMs, and stakeholders Craft clear, inclusive, and purposeful UX copy across products and platforms Build and evolve content guidelines, voice & tone frameworks, and systems Connect words to real user needs, product goals, and global context Collaborate across teams to shape end-to-end experiences — from first tap to last impression Present and defend your thinking with confidence (in English ) What we’re looking for: 4+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy A portfolio that shows how you solve with words — not just what you write Experience in tech, banking, fintech or complex digital products (a big plus) Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Jira, and design systems Ability to work with U.S.-based teams — English C1 or higher Strategic mindset, detail orientation, and love for clarity Based in Bogotá or nearby — and open to hybrid vibes!
