Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: - Screen resume and identify their position and placement area in the workforce. - Work closely with job seekers to understand their skills, interests, and career goals. - Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry contacts to identify job opportunities. - Develop and implement strategies to promote job openings and attract top talent. - Monitor job market trends and provide insights and recommendations to job seekers. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in career services, human resources, or a related field. - Proven experience in job placement, career counseling, or related fields. - Strong knowledge of job search strategies, including resume writing, interviewing skills, and networking strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with job seekers, employers, and industry contacts. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to employment and job search practices.
