ResponsibilitiesLead architecture and development of full-stack solutions across a wide range of digital experiences and environments. Serve as a technical authority and coach for engineering teams, setting quality standards and ensuring best practices in code, documentation, testing, and automation. Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles. Collaborate cross-functionally in a multidisciplinary team to maintain project health, team morale, and successful delivery. Qualifications and Job RequirementsStrong expertise with Django/Python ecosystem. Familiarity with a modern front-end framework (React preferred, Vue or Angular acceptable). Familiarity with Wagtail.
