Barranquilla, Colombia | Posted on 05/13/2025 Shift Schedule Full Time Availability Ranges 8am -7pm Country Colombia Job Description Support HR strategies by working closely with the HR Manager, other departments and the employees "on the front line," providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related concerns fostering employee relations, wellbeing and support for the HR Strategies implemented. Responsibilities: Work hand in hand with the HR Manager to obtain deliverables. Improve work relationships and productivity. Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance. Assist in the creation and Maintaining HR policies and processes Conducting regular meetings with front line employees when needed. Offering HR guidance in HR processes. Assist in Employee Conflict of Interest cases. Advocating for employees and balancing their needs with business objectives. Participate in the Disciplinary Management Process Carry on Employee Wellbeing events and activities Ensure aid throughout the employee journey and the retention of top talent. Undertake steps in the Offboarding process and participates in Retention Talks Other thriving and goal setting functions. Requirements Previous experience in human resources (HR) English Proficiency speaking and written Experience in employee journey and employee relations career and growth development knowledge is a plus Experience in H&S or Occupational Health (SST) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Experience working in a fast-paced environment Experience in BPO industry is a Plus Colombian Labor Law is a plus Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with different teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
