RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for IT local inventory, PC Imaging, Audio and Video meeting rooms support. Hardware replacement and maintenance. PC laptops configuration. QUALIFICATIONS Hardware diagnostic support. PC maintenance and Basic trouble shooting. Basic knowledge in networking. People support oriented. ITIL best practices.
