Responsibilities Listen attentively to inquiries and feedback, maintaining a professional and composed demeanor at all times. Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and email correspondence. Efficiently manage time to balance multiple projects effectively. Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills in analyzing various situations. Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes and community documents for each client. Review financial reports and contribute to developing an Annual Budget according to company deadlines. Ensure timely and within-budget completion of property improvement and construction projects by overseeing them efficiently. Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff if applicable. Foster professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors. Conduct Board meetings and prepare a management report ahead of each meeting. Qualifications The Portfolio Manager position in Columbia, MD requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in community management within the HOA and condominium sector. Proficiency in handling HOA and condominium operations is a mandatory qualification for this role. Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities are crucial for successfully overseeing multiple associations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to facilitate productive interactions with stakeholders. Candidates with credentials through CAI a plus.
