About the Restaurant Inventory Specialist Position (Backoffice) We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant or food and beverage industry and a strong understanding of Google Sheets/Excel and Google Docs/Word. Restaurant Inventory Specialist Responsibilities: Review, approve, and organize restaurant purchasing data using the software. Troubleshoot client issues and help restaurants solve problems through Non-Voice channels. Work on, and when necessary, escalate exceptions and unusual situations. Identify areas for process or product improvement. Build strong client relationships and generate overall goodwill. Restaurant Inventory Specialist Requirements: Experience in the restaurant or food & beverage industry is REQUIRED . (Could be formal or informal). B2 or higher English level (Good written skills). Full-time availability. Strong computer skills. Strong attention to detail and organization. Comfort with numbers.
