Department: Quality Assurance / Customer Experience Your Mission as Quality Supervisor: As our Quality Supervisor, you’ll lead the daily operations of the quality assurance team, ensuring all processes and products meet high-quality standards. You’ll work closely with the Quality Manager and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction. Supervise and coordinate the QA team, ensuring procedures and standards are followed. Conduct performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide ongoing feedback. Train, mentor, and develop quality analysts to reach their full potential. Conduct regular and ad hoc audits to ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards. Document audit results and lead corrective actions to address issues. Quality Monitoring: Track key QA metrics and provide regular performance reports to management. Identify trends and improvement opportunities, and drive solutions with the team. Partner with Operations, Training, and Client Services to maintain consistent quality standards. Join cross-functional meetings to address quality issues and build improvement strategies. Support the Quality Manager in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives. Lead root cause analysis and develop sustainable action plans. Maintain accurate records of audits, findings, corrective actions, and KPIs. Ensure all QA activities align with regulatory requirements and client expectations. What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst or similar quality role. Hands-on experience supporting or leading QA initiatives, calibrations, or process improvements. Previous exposure to leadership (acting, interim, or OJT roles). Strong understanding of QA metrics, audit workflows, and customer experience standards. Ability to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to frontline teams.
