CGI is seeking an experienced AS400 Mainframe Developer to work on an international project in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our team, you will develop and maintain applications on AS400/Mainframe systems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain applications on AS400/Mainframe systems. - Write, test, and debug programs in RPG, CL, and COBOL. - Design and maintain DB2 databases and files. - Implement batch processing jobs and interactive applications. - Detect and resolve system issues. - Optimize existing applications to improve performance and reliability. - Create and maintain technical documentation. Requirements: - Technical, technologist, or bachelor degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related fields. - Conversational English (B2 or higher). - Over 7 years of extensive experience with AS400/Mainframe systems. - Expert knowledge in RPG (including RPG free-form), COBOL, CL, DB2, and other AS400/Mainframe technologies. - Proven experience with the IBMi operating system and administration.
