As a key member of our team, you will lead digital campaigns for assigned advertisers on multiple social platforms including Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Setup and manage social campaigns across various platforms following agency and advertiser guidelines. - Conduct weekly status calls with internal stakeholders to discuss performance and pacing strategies. - Monitor campaign health, optimize efforts to meet objectives, and manage daily budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and client goals. - Evaluate and ensure the quality of deliverables and campaign setup within social media platforms. - Identify opportunities for improvement and troubleshoot issues proactively. - Maintain regular communication with client campaign managers and report any operational issues promptly. - Develop and execute recommendations for beta tests, new platforms, optimization strategies, and vendors. - Participate in Social and Digital media training sessions and complete required certification and updates. - Collaborate with the global account team through email, IM, and/or video conference to ensure seamless execution of deliverables. - Proactively identify growth opportunities and communicate them to the client regularly. - Document best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and group. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends through advertising and media journals, and recognized marketing sources. - Generate actionable insights that drive value to campaign performance and focus on delivering better results.
