What You'll Actually Do Be part of our client’s team as a Recruiter and take charge of full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across client accounts. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to find, assess, and deliver top talent—while keeping the candidate experience seamless and professional. Job Snapshot Employment Type: Indefinite term contract Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Setup: Onsite – Bogotá or Medellín What You'll Be Owning: Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Execution - Handle full-cycle recruitment for multiple job vacancies across various accounts - Plan and implement selection procedures, define key competencies, and choose appropriate evaluation methods - Conduct in-depth candidate screening and behavioral-based interviews - Present shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and support offer negotiations - Complete all steps in the recruitment lifecycle, including reference checks, test administration, and final documentation ATS & Reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Generate and interpret recruitment metrics and dashboards to assess progress and performance - Create and manage documentation, including resumes, applications, interview notes, and reports Sourcing & Talent Pipelining - Use sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn, social media, internal database, referrals) to attract top talent - Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles - Collaborate with Sourcing Specialists and support training of junior recruiters in sourcing strategies Stakeholder Management - Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment strategy, market conditions, and timelines - Maintain open and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders - Lead recruitment-related meetings and alignment sessions with clients or internal teams Candidate Experience & Onboarding Support - Act as the main point of contact for candidates to ensure a smooth and professional experience - Provide timely updates and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process - Assist in onboarding activities, including documentation, offer letters, and final handover Requirements What You’ll Need to Succeed: Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a BPO, shared services, or consulting environment - Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar) - Strong interviewing skills and ability to assess both technical and behavioral competencies - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities - High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal communication skills Benefits What’s In It for You: Perks - 5 days work week - Weekends off - 20 vacation days in total - Prepaid medicine - Fully-customized Emapta laptop and peripherals - Direct exposure to our clients - Career growth opportunities - Diverse and supportive work environment - Prime Office Locations - Bogotá and Medellin - Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses (Want to know more?
