Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist Description: We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our global network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Your expertise in network monitoring and management will ensure that our network is always available and performing at its best. In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to provide on-call support 24/7 as needed, troubleshoot and resolve P1/P2 global incidents, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve issues.
