**Careers that Change Lives** **A Day in the Life** Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. - Plans and monitors customer contact center schedules and operations.Provides management information and productivity forecasts by observing customer call patterns. - Develops, monitors and analyzes key performance indicators. - May schedule call center equipment maintenance and repair appointments. **Must Have: Minimum Requirements**: - High School graduate or GED Certificate. - At least two (2) years combined experience working in either a customer service or call center role. - At least one (1) year combined experience within CareLink Patient or Technical Services, or Diagnostics Patient Services as a CSR III or higher or an additional one (1) year of relevant experience. - Bachelor’s Degree. - Experience using a computer and multiple software programs to navigate through various screens and programs at the same time. - Presents written and oral information in a clear, concise and grammatically correct manner. **Nice to Have**: - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent listening skills. - Ability to document telephone conversations while listening to pre-recorded phone calls. - Ability to multitask and problem solve. - Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong leadership ability. **About Medtronic** Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
