Rotating shifts: Monday to Friday: 1st shift 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2nd shift 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Job stability and direct hiring by the company. Contract type: Fixed for 2 months with potential extension. Work location: Bogotá, La Florida. Job Responsibilities: Move documents, boxes, bags, and other documental items within various process activities. Operate applications for capturing physical or virtual information. Perform quality control of processed information. Support document management activities involved in assigned processes. Verify, prepare, and organize documental information. Validate databases against documents. Maintain proper use and care of assigned equipment and supplies. Meet production targets set by operations. Ensure proper handling of all related elements, tools, and equipment. Basic document scanning. Handle loans, returns, organization, insertion, re-archiving, coding, and classification of information. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor. Candidate Requirements: Educational level: High school diploma or technical degree; students in information systems or archives preferred but not required. Minimum 6 months experience in similar roles such as administrative assistant or data entry. Key skills and knowledge: Office software proficiency. Customer service skills. Ability to follow operational procedures. Adaptability, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
