Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions utilizing machine learning and AI to enhance user experience. They will conduct experiments and continuously iterate on model improvements, considering multiple feature sets and personalization. Collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams is key to creating strategic and tactical improvements, as well as developing end-to-end production-ready solutions. Effective communication of methodologies and results to a community of researchers, developers, analysts, and product managers is also crucial. The role requires quality, performance, scalability, and reliability of solutions, as well as estimating effort, developing research and development plans, and prioritizing work according to business needs.
