We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our remote team and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads and boost brand visibility. What You’ll Do You’ll support the planning and execution of digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Key areas of responsibility include:
Campaign Management Execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels Use LinkedHelper and Apollo for outbound lead generation Track campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations Publish and schedule social posts with proper UTM tracking Align messaging across all touchpoints for consistent outreach Prospecting & Data Build prospect lists with Phantom Buster and other tools Enrich leads using platforms like Clay Maintain accurate and clean data in our CRM (HubSpot) Ensure consistent use of UTM tags and structured tracking Content & SEO/GEO Write email copy, landing page content, and ad variations Leverage AI tools to create basic video and written content Research keywords and implement SEO/GEO best practices Optimize landing pages to drive conversions Analytics & CRM Management Build dashboards to track campaign KPIs Maintain contact and lead records in HubSpot Automate flows and track attribution and conversion performance Share actionable insights from marketing data Who You Are 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing Strong written and verbal English skills Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) Familiar with Google Analytics, UTM parameters, and email automation Comfortable juggling multiple projects with attention to detail Curious, hands-on, and eager to grow in a fast-paced setting Nice to Have B2B SaaS experience Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and enrichment tools Some design experience (Canva, Adobe tools) Prior experience working remotely What We Offer Competitive compensation in USD Flexible, remote work setup (LATAM-based preferred) Opportunity to work with a top-tier marketing mentor Growth potential within a rapidly scaling company Hands-on experience with advanced marketing tech stacks PTO policy (28 available days per year)
