Key Activities: - Oversee onboarding process (essentially an onboarding Project Manager), which includes: Coupa portals provisioning, Coupa portals training, and training registration - Manage and track customer onboarding journey - Audit onboarding and escalate when necessary - Develop onboarding operational reports - Interact with customers and assist with any onboarding issues or questions - Cross-functional process compliance with Sales, Support Operations, and the Customer's dedicated Engagement & Value Managers - Continuously improve the process - Onboard new Designated Support Contacts for customers of a newly acquired company in the event of a merger or acquisition **Requirements**: - BS/BA required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable speaking with customers - Excellent organization skills and detail oriented - Ability to learn new tasks quickly - Works well under pressure and managing multiple priorities and deadlines - Takes ownership and drives projects to completion with mínimal supervision - Prior experience in working in a customer-facing role is a bonus - India Resource Language Requirements: - English and German language capabilities - Colombia Resource Language Requirements: - English and Spanish language capabilities; Portuguese is a plus At Coupa, we have a strong and innovative team dedicated to improving the spend management processes of today’s dynamic businesses.
