Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Team Manager to lead and support our growing sales team in Barranquilla. This is a leadership role ideal for someone with a solid background in sales operations, team management, and client engagement. The Sales Team Manager will play a key role in executing sales strategies, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding performance targets.
