Control and organization of the documentation of each data center project. Support management in the development of this business area. Lead the team assigned to the project, defining guidelines, assigning tasks and supervising internal and external resources. Provide resource performance information and define project plan documents in coordination with the Project Controls department. Monitor and control the progress and financial aspects of the project, including billing, costs, expenses and cash flow. Identify and manage project risks and ensure opportunity tracking. Capture, analyze and share lessons learned during the project. Ensure formal project closeout as contractually agreed and promote formal acceptance by the client. Requirements Experience: Desirable experience of at least 5 years in Data Center project management and at least 10 years of experience in construction project management as Site Manager or Project Manager.
