Advanced English skills (spoken and written). A degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR CRMs. What will your responsibilities be? As an HR Generalist, you will report directly to the Human Resources and Administrative Management. Your main goal will be to efficiently execute the processes of talent attraction, hiring, and onboarding. You will also be responsible for: Managing hiring documentation and supporting the onboarding of new employees. Ensuring the successful execution of the onboarding process. Supporting the updating and organization of employee records. Providing operational support for initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and internal communications.
