For more information click here. **What You Will Do** - Key Responsibilities *** - Provide benefits operations support on a day-to-day basis for the Global Benefits Operations team - Partner with Total Rewards COE and/or third party vendors on product or service enhancements and/or changes. - Ensure continuity and successful delivery of benefits on local and regional basis in accordance with Company policies and programs. - Independently manage day-to-day tasks, initiatives, and projects. - Use management control reports to meet or exceed service delivery standards. - Support major projects such as acquisitions, divestitures, or restructuring related to benefit programs/ /processes. - In partnership with internal business partners and third party vendors, ensure that all quality control objectives are being met. - Continuously evaluate processes to find opportunities for continuous improvement. - Ensure appropriate documentation of all activities, adhering to Service Level Agreements. - Work with other internal groups and third party vendors to support technical infrastructure testing, data interfaces in/out of the system, testing strategies and execution for plan changes and reporting. - Support additional HR related requests and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle in accordance with existing process documentation and HR policies globally. Areas of focus may include, but not limited to employee data management, compensation and benefits, recruiting and onboarding, etc. **Qualifications**: **What We Are Looking For** Key Qualifications - A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. - A minimum of 5 years of meaningful experience in benefits or HR/Business Operations equivalent role is required. - Knowledge of the Benefits outsourcing industry - English fluency is required. - Spanish and Portuguese proficiency is preferred. - Strong research and quantitative business skills are required. - Global project experience (e.g., project plans, status reports, communication plans, milestones, deliverable charts) is preferred. - Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software products, Workday, SalesForce, and reporting tools is preferred. - Ability to work in cross-functional and cross geography teams leveraging people analytics and reporting techniques, using data to identify solutions to complex problems. **What’s In It For You** - Competitive Compensation and Benefit Package - Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More! - Learning & Development Opportunities - Employee Resource Groups Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
