Benefits & Extras: - Direct-hire role with a reputable, multi-shop operator in the collision repair space - Travel flexibility: visits to 6 local shops + 4–5 regional shops just once per month - Company car or car allowance—based on your preference - Paid hotel accommodations + daily per diem for travel - Overtime-eligible with minimal overtime expected (approx. 2 hours/week) Compensation: $26.45–$31.25 per hour What You’ll Be Doing: - Auditing structural and non-structural repairs at shop locations - Reviewing estimates line-by-line using CCC software - Providing coaching and guidance to shop teams—onsite and virtually - Communicating findings to management with action plans and summaries - Running continuing education workshops for administrative and technical staff - Conducting OEM part research to support shop needs - Delivering detailed end-of-month reports with improvement insights What You’ll Need to be Considered: - Be able to do the job as described - Prior experience in the collision industry (as Estimator, Tech, or in Production) - Familiarity with CCC estimating software (Mitchell is a plus) - Comfort presenting to both small and large groups Accepted file types: pdf, doc, docx, Max. file size: 16 MB. #J-18808-Ljbffr Required Skill Profession Other General
