About the Job This role requires deep technical understanding, stakeholder management, and guiding cross-functional teams through product development. You'll work with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch new products. Responsibilities 1. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch analysis, including backlog management. 2. Translate technical concepts into clear requirements, evaluate solutions, and prioritize features. 3. Conduct market research and customer discovery to refine value propositions. 4. Collaborate across teams to gather requirements and validate solutions. 5. Ensure timely delivery of quality features, organizing testing and feedback. Requirements - 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 in a technical role. - Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with agile tools like Jira, Asana. - Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript. - Organizational skills to manage priorities remotely. - Ability to define and track KPIs; experience with A/B testing is a plus. - Experience with AI and P2P projects is a plus. - Hands-on JavaScript development experience (Node.js, React, Angular) is a plus.
