2-4 years of experience as Bilingual English / Spanish Field Technician providing support in corporative environments for end users. Laptops, desktops, peripherals and LAN/WIFI on windows server environments. Experience on supporting End User Computing and basic Datacenter and Networking as smart hands receiving technical remote support in english different accents. Experience on deploying images in new equipment (SSCM, Ghost, Acronis, AOEMI, etc.) Experience on usign Ticket Manage Systems to receive and update incidents and requierements.( Service Now, CA, Remedy, etc.) ITIL basic knowledge. Certification desirable. Focused on costumers satisfaction. Focused on details. Perfectionist. Strong communication skills to effectively assist users. Ability to provide excellent customer service and support Responsibilities: - Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues. - Install, configure, and set up new hardware and software for end-users. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. - Perform routine maintenance and updates on equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their issues and provide timely solutions. - Maintain detailed records of service requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory - Repair and refurbish defective or damaged hardware components. - Perform diagnostic tests to identify hardware issues and ensure repaired devices meet quality standards. - Handle more complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by Level 1 support. - Track and manage incidents using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution. - Rapid Response and Escalation Process: Commitment to high service levels through clear escalation paths and quick issue resolution, minimizing operational impacts. - Innovation and Technology Integration: Stays current with technological trends, integrating modern technologies to maintain the organization's competitive edge.
