The Challenge We seek a professional to lead the evolution of our technological platform, taking charge of operations, sales, partners, recruitment, and training while freeing up the CEO for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Build and manage a high-performing team. - Ensure daily operational compliance (punctuality, attendance, service). - Oversee sales growth and conversion. - Guarantee partner recruitment and training. - Report progress to the CEO and maintain executive autonomy. Indicators of Success - Daily absenteeism <5% - Service compliance > 95% - +20 new partners per month - Positive operating margin - 70% reduction in CEO's operational workload
